Maybe you saw us in a Facebook group. Maybe someone shared our website. Maybe you've been reading through our blog for the last twenty minutes and something felt right, but you still haven't written to us. That's okay. We've been thinking about what might be holding you back – and we'd like to address it directly.
Maybe it's the distance. We're in Germany. That's far. We get it. But Canadian law protects you fully, regardless of where we live. Our lawyer is Canadian, our clinic is Canadian, and every legal step of this process happens on Canadian soil. The distance between us doesn't change your rights or your security – not by a single line.
Maybe it's the fact that we don't work with an agency. We've written about this elsewhere, but the short version is: we tried it once, lost a significant amount of money, and watched a surrogate receive far less support than she deserved.
